Local existence for Quasilinear Schroedinger equations.

I will discuss the Cauchy Problem for quasilinear Schroedinger equation and outline local in time existence results for initial data in appropriate Sobolev spaces. This work build on the work of C. Kenig, G. Ponce, and L. Vega, and removes the need for requiring the initial data to lie in weighted Sobolov spaces.
