Abstract
(joint work with P.Karazeris and A.Matzaris) Final coalgebras are important for the study of behaviour of recursive processes. We show how final coalgebras can be constructed for the kind of recursion given by a finitary functor. The technique we use is that developed by Tom Leinster for self-similarity systems
