Abstract
I will discuss some key themes in my research from a representation-theoretic perspective. The main example is based on the double affine Hecke algebra, induced modules, and Schur–Weyl dualities. I will review this setting in type GL_n, and outline some links to physics. Then I will discuss recent results and work in progress -- notably for the elliptic generalisation -- and end on some open problems.
