Abstract
I will give a brief introduction to basic notions in ergodic theory-- 'statistical properties of dynamical systems'; in particular to the notion of decay of correlations with respect to meaningful invariant measures. I will then present recent results on the rate of correlations decay for random dynamical systems. The latter is a joint work with C. Bose (Victoria, Canada) and M. Ruziboev (Loughborough).
