Housing Rights Clinic
The course aims to introduce students to social justice lawyering through the delivery of advice and casework to clients in housing crisis. The students will be introduced to the relevant substantive law and procedure at the start of the semester. The remainder of the course will then consist of a series of clinic workshops where students will have the opportunity to develop their lawyering skills through the delivery of advice to clients, building on the skills and knowledge obtained in the Access to Justice Course.
