Eilidh and Lindsay were invited to share the impact of last year’s Induction and Transition Symposium on their practice. In their Keynote they focused on the steps they took, the people they met and how their practice evolved over this last year. They asked the delegates to come with an open heart and an open mind, ready to challenge their own thinking and to consider taking a more collaborative and cohesive approach to inductions and transitions.
