  1. The compartmentalisation of PDE4 isoforms and how this underpins receptor specific responses to Beta-adrenergic signalling.
  2. The post-translational modification of cardiac signalling proteins during disease.
  3. The turnover of cardiac cAMP signalling proteins by the Ubiquitin proteosome.
  4. Inhibition of protein-protein interactions as a therapeutic strategy in disease.
