Wellbeing at the School of Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health
Health and wellbeing is a central concern that we aim to maintain and improve through key initiatives addressing the needs of all. Here we detail policies and resources intended to support disabled, neurodivergent and menopausal colleagues, as well as good general mental health. There is also important information relating to recognising and reporting bullying, discrimination and harassment in the workplace. The University aims to maintain a people-centered and inclusive working environment where colleagues feel valued and supported and can enjoy a fulfilling career.
