Upskilling Microcredential Courses

Upskill and transform your career with the University of Glasgow’s Microcredential courses. Designed to equip you with in-demand professional skills and insights and provide a springboard onto further study or career progression.
The University of Glasgow offers a wide range of SFC Upskilling Microcredentials courses. This can provide a great opportunity for alumni to continue their professional development, with fully online and flexible courses that can help you progress in your career or develop your skills in areas you're interested in.
The courses run throughout the year for 5-10 weeks. The next run of courses will commence on 22nd January 2024.
Each industry-led course:
→ Has fully funded places available on a first-come-first-served basis to allow you to upskill free of charge (worth £399-£799)
→ Is worth 5 or 10 academic credits
→ Lasts 5 or 10 weeks
→ Is fully online and flexible (with no scheduled classes to attend)
→ Is informed by robust job market analysis and skills demand
