Purchase and Corporate Cardholders settling into a new process: The latest phase of the P2P project saw the launch of a new online HSBC portal in April. The new process is bedding in well and has given cardholders and those who approve expenditures, a much easier user experience where transaction coding and approvals are completed in a few easy steps. Jo Gallagher, Head of Procurement and Product Owner for the new process recently shared her experience of working on the project.
