My Grades
The MyGrades solution is part of the University's commitment through the Learning & Teaching Strategy to continue to develop a more integrated approach to teaching and assessment technologies focusing on interoperability, consistency of experience, and sustained centralised support, to improve the digital teaching and assessment environment.
Furthering investment in our digital realm to enhance the staff and student experience as part of Strategy 2025, MyGrades aims to support students in their academic development by providing seamless access to all consolidated course assessment information and grades, from Moodle Gradebook, GCAT or MyGrades, in one place.
What we want to achieve
- A single point of access for students to view their consolidated assessment information.
- A reduced need for manual aggregation mitigating risks associated with error-prone processes at a course level.
- A suite of comprehensive training and upskilling resources, to support smooth implementation and allow any single point of failure threats to be reduced.
Upskilling Resources (developed and produced by colleagues in LISU)
- Link to MyGrades upskilling resources - coming soon
- Assessment & Feedback Training Hub (training resources for the original GCAT platform - these will be decommissioned during MyGrades rollout.)
