- Thank you to everyone who attended our first Q&A session! We were able to address the questions that had come out of our Welcome Session, and start building our FAQ section for the website which should be live later next week
- Further progress has been made with the College-level Roll-Out Planning Working Groups on refining the schedule for implementing our work across the University
- We have nearly completed our Change Impact Assessment, which is helping us understand the readiness of different areas of the University to adopt the tools and processes we're working on
We've been collaborating with other members of the WCGT team to map out how we're going to track the benefits of this work as we move forward
