Accident & Emergency (A&E) at your nearest hospital 

For serious injuries or sudden illnesses requiring urgent medical attention, where you can safely travel to hospital. 24/7 You can find your nearest hospital on NHS Inform.
NHS24 Advice Service For urgent medical advice that isn’t life- or limb-threatening, are experiencing mental health distress, need care when your GP, pharmacy, or dentist is closed, or are unsure whether to go to A&E. 24/7 Dial 111 or visit nhs24.scot
Local Health Practitioner (GP) For non-urgent health concerns such as ongoing illness, minor symptoms, or general medical advice. Appointment based. Normally Mon-Fri Registration Required: Find out how to register at a GP here.
Dentist For all dental care including check ups, preventative treatment and emergency care if required.  Appointment based. Normally Mon-Fri Registration Required: Find out how to register at a Dentist here. 
Police Scotland For non-emergency crimes, when there is no immediate danger but police assistance is required such as theft, property damage, or antisocial behaviour. 24/7 Dial 101 from any phone. 
Wisdom Wellbeing Counselling & Advice Line For any mental health concerns, including symptoms of stress or thoughts of self-harm or suicide. 24/7
