We know money worries can feel stressful and affect your wellbeing and studies – but you’re not alone, and help is available.
If you’re facing financial challenges, we offer a range of support for all students – UK, EU and International, whether you’re Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught or Postgraduate Research.

Looking for extra financial help?
- Our Financial Aid team is here to support you with a range of schemes designed to make things a little easier. Check out what’s available and see how we can help.
- You can also visit to the Students’ Representative Council Advice Centre for free, confidential, and impartial advice. They also have a a wide range of support pages listed online.
- Glasgow University Sports Association (GUSA) also offer students financial assistance.
- 10% off UofG Food Semester 2 Meal Plan this January.
- The Eco-Hub also hosts a regular programme of events and workshops . Amongst them are bike repair sessions, clothing repair sessions, coffee and tea facilities, Community Fridge with free food available for everyone and a clothes and homeware swap-shop.
