If you wish to cancel your Membership, please give us not less than one month's notice in writing. We must receive it prior the beginning of the month from which the notice is due to run.

Direct debits:

Your membership will automatically terminate on the next Direct Debit collection date.


Fees paid by the University of Glasgow Residential Services:

Membership will be cancelled within one month on receipt from Residential Services confirming you no longer reside in University accommodation.


Where the Membership Category requires it, we will refund the proportion of the fee applicable to the unused period of the Membership.
