University Travel Hub launched
Introducing a new way to book University travel
Over the past several months the team behind the Purchase to Pay Transformation Project have been developing an online travel solution with our travel partners Selective Travel. Designed to be intuitive and easy to use, the improved University Travel Hub allows colleagues to book their own business travel in a few simple steps. Please note that if you are not working on-campus, you will need to connect to VPN to use it, we hope to change this in the future so it is available to all without the use of VPN.
Deputy Director of Finance and Project Sponsor, Angus Ross, recently shared some background on this work and, now that the Hub is live, what it means for staff and PGR students.
Training still available for Arrangers
The team will be running regular training sessions throughout July and early August for colleagues who arrange travel for others. For more details on dates and availability, and to book your place, please visit the training events page.
You will also find a wealth of online support on the University Travel Hub, with access to practical user guides, FAQs and ‘how to’ videos. If you would prefer in-person support, there will also be an opportunity to join one of the regular drop-in sessions, where the team will be on hand for any additional help.
