The University’s short courses programme is now available on campus and online
The University’s short courses programme is now available on campus and online. The winter programme spans an extensive choice of languages, including British Sign Language as well as counselling, art, history and many more.
The courses offer students skills, whether for business or pleasure, such as learning to communicate effectively, enjoying an authentic learning experience, and expanding cultural knowledge.
The courses are for anyone interested in exploring a new language and culture, while also helping to improve communication skills, or to brush up their skills in a language they have previously studied.

Applications for all winter short courses close at midnight on 4 January 2023 with courses starting from 9 January 2023.
The courses currently being offered are open to all and current students. Staff and alumni are eligible for a discount.
