Summer social and relaxation sessions for MPA Colleagues

The MPA Peer Network is making a return to in-person events with a Summer Social on 7 July and a series of lunchtime relaxation sessions on Tuesdays, delivered in partnership with UofG Sport.

Summer Social

Join us at the Record Factory on Byres Road from 17:30 on Thursday 7 July to celebrate the relaunch of the MPA Peer Network. There'll be a free buffet, some good chat with colleagues and maybe some sunshine in the beer garden if the weather permits! All members of the Management, Professional and Administrative (MPA) job family are very welcome.

Please sign up on Eventbrite if you’d like to attend so that we have an idea of numbers and can ensure an appropriately sized buffet! If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know by email to

Tuesday Lunchtime Relaxation Sessions

Join the MPA Peer Network and UofG Sport for a weekly half hour of relaxation at lunchtime.

Kim, who used to lead the monthly MPA Peer Network Workplace Wellbeing sessions in the Wellington Church, reprises her guided meditation sessions to help you relax and feel rejuvenated.

13:15 - 13:45 in the Stevenson Building, every Tuesday starting 21 June. All UofG staff welcome!

Book your space on Eventbrite.
