Introducing the MPA Peer Network
All members of the Management, Professional and Administrative job family are invited to get involved in the MPA Peer Network.
Our aim is to provide a social and professional network to facilitate communication and collaboration between MPA colleagues of all grades across the University. The MPA Peer Network was established by, and for Management, Professional and Administrative staff at the University of Glasgow.
We recognise the positive impact peer support can have in terms of feeling understood, supported and inspired in your job. We don't do 'top down' – we want to learn from and build relationships with our peers. Come and join us!
The grassroots network is independent and run by a small committee of volunteers and we have received support and encouragement from the University. We are always happy to have new committee members - email us if you would like to get involved mpa-peer-network@glasgow.ac.uk
MPA Peer Social Events and Wellbeing Sessions
Regular Social Meetups
Prior to the pandemic we held montly social meet ups to provide a space for MPA colleagues to catch up and enjoy a free, tasty buffet! With our MPA relaunch at the Summer Social in July, we look forward to hearing ideas about future social meetups - watch this space!

Wellbeing Sessions
Join the MPA Peer Network and UofG Sport for a weekly half hour of relaxation at lunchtime.
Kim, who used to lead the monthly Workplace Wellbeing sessions in the Wellington Church, reprises her guided meditation sessions to help you relax and feel rejuvenated.
Date & Time: 13:15 - 13:45 every Tuesday starting 21st June. All UofG staff welcome!

All members of the Management, Professional and Administrative (MPA) job family are invited to the MPA Peer Network Summer Social!
Join us at The Record Factory on Byres Road to celebrate the 2022 relaunch of the MPA Peer Network. There'll be a free buffet, some good chat with colleagues and maybe some sunshine in the beer garden if the weather permits!
