WCGT update following the launch of UofG Helpdesk

It's been three weeks since the launch of the new UofG Helpdesk
It's been just over three weeks since the launch of the new UofG Helpdesk.
Colleagues can browse the Knowledgebase for answers to common questions or use the Service Catalogue to make a request or report any issues. During this initial period the system has handled over 7,300 service requests and incident reports.
The system experienced some issues at the end of its 2nd week in production which have now been resolved and the Project Team are continuing to optimise the system performance.
The team would like to thank colleagues for their patience during these initial challenges and appreciate the feedback being received that has helped identify the areas of the system working well, articles providing key information and any problems that need resolved.
The next phase of the project will prepare the UofG Helpdesk for the support of Registration and Enrolment in August as well as continue to 'test and learn' from its soft launch.
