New 'Mental Fitness' sessions for colleagues

Published: 18 January 2021

Due to popular demand, two more free Mental Fitness webinars are being offered to staff

Before the holidays, we advertised two ‘Mental Fitness’ webinars, delivered by Headtorch. Due to the popularity of these sessions, we have scheduled a further two events in February for staff who were unable to attend previously.

The sessions are 30 minutes in length and will introduce you to some practical tools and techniques for looking after your mental wellbeing.

They will cover:

  • Mental fitness – what it is and what helps to promote it
  • Understanding stress vs performance
  • Practising compassion with yourself, including an introduction to the 5 Ways of Wellbeing

There will also be a virtual question and answer session at the end.

These two new sessions are scheduled for:

  • Thursday, 4 February from 14:00 – 14:30pm
  • Tuesday, 9 February from 11:00 – 11:30am.

To ensure as many people as possible get an opportunity to attend, if you attended or are booked on one of the January sessions, please do not book again.
