Increase in outbound student mobility

Just over 12% of the UofG student body undertook an international experience in 2015/16, a 73% increase in outbound students since 2013/14.
The International Affairs Team is delighted to announce that, after a year of hard graft, we have successfully completed the first full count of outbound student mobility at the University of Glasgow (including short-term student mobility).
Just over 12% of the UofG student body undertook an international experience in 2015/16, a 73% increase in outbound students since we started trying to increase numbers in 2013/14. A great start, but a long way to go before we hit the ultimate target of 20% by 2020.
