The Employability & Skills Team with Careers, Employability & Opportunity leads the implementation of the institutional Embedding Employability Framework and offers 1:1 support to academic colleagues, in relation to embedding employability and empowering students to articulate the employability and skills value of their degree.  

Within the team, there is an Employability & Skills Lead aligned to each College who brings specialist expertise in the creation and delivery of employability provision, embedding employability in the curriculum, skills development, the graduate recruitment market – and more.
