Action required: All BRP holders must change to eVisas

The UK government are creating a digital immigration system. This means they are replacing physical documents like BRPs with an online record of your immigration status which is called an eVisa. To get an eVisa, you must take action.

Caution: using services to pay tuition fees

UoG and Barclaycard have become aware of companies who claim they can offer international students assistance with paying tuition fees or transferring money. Please note that you do not need to use services like this and you should always pay tuition fees directly to UoG.

Graduate Route Update - 23/05/2024

The UK Government has today confirmed that the graduate route will remain in place for international students of all UK universities. The graduate route allows international students to remain in the UK upon graduation for two years (three years for PhD students) after successful completing a relevant course in the UK.
