Adam Smith’s principles of taxation were the focus for Revenue Scotland’s biannual conference.

Revenue Scotland’s biannual conference took place at the Surgeons Quarter in Edinburgh on 29 August 2023.

The theme of the day was Building Connections.

This encompassed

  • connecting as individuals and teams
  • connecting with Revenue Scotland’s vision and ambition
  • connecting taxation principles to how we operate today

by looking at and celebrating Adam Smith’s principles of taxation.
