Linden BickettLinden graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2006, with an MA (hons) in Scottish Literature, and was awarded the Neil Munro Medal.  Following this, in 2007 she completed her M.Phil, ‘Bringers of Epiphany: Depictions of the Feminine in the Shorter Fiction of George Mackay Brown’, which was funded by the AHRC.  Linden began research for her PhD, ‘Finding the Sacramental in the Everyday: Catholicism in the Work of George Mackay Brown’ in October 2007, and is funded by a scholarship from the Carnegie Trust for the Universities of Scotland.
