Byres Community Hub
Byres Hub is based in the Clarice Pears Building on Byres Road and is home to the University’s School of Health & Wellbeing. The ground floor is open to the public and has free meeting and temporary event space available for the public, charities, and companies to book.

The ARC (Advanced Research Centre)
The ground floor of the ARC is open to the public. Community groups and not-for-profit organisations can also host events or book rooms free of charge.
Our Museums
The Hunterian
The Hunterian has a range of venues to explore on the University of Glasgow campus and beyond, and most of them are free!
The Museum of Anatomy
The Museum of Anatomy is open for special public events at least once a month.
The Hunterian Zoology Museum
The Hunterian Zoology Museum is located in the Graham Kerr building on our main campus and showcases the astonishing diversity of the animal kingdom.
Other Venues

Kelvin Hall
The new Kelvin Hall opened in 2016, the result of a partnership between the University of Glasgow, the National Library of Scotland and the city of Glasgow and is open to members of the public.

University of Glasgow Library
University of Glasgow Library is located on our main Gilmorehill campus. Any member of the public can apply for a visitors pass to access our university library.
