Career Induction Pathway
Buddy Assignment
In addition to continued support from your line manager you will be assigned a buddy on arrival in your role at UofG. Your buddy will be your peer in similar role to help you build connections as you settle in.
Setting Objectives
During your probation period you and your line manager will agree on 3-5 objectives to work on whilst you settle in. This will ensure that you stay on track to achieve your goals in these early stages.
