Step inside MSc Digital Society at the University of Glasgow
MSc Digital Society aims to respond to the needs of our fast-changing world with new digital technologies becoming a part of our lives all the time. We prepare you as a social scientist to critically and effectively engage with the realities and challenges of the digital era and prepare you for life after your studies.
Student projects
Our MSc Digital Society students have the opportunity to be creative during their studies and can choose to submit assignments that are less-than-traditional. The Independent Student Portfolio (ISP) is a great opportunity to connect real-world experience with your learnings from the classroom to prepare for a career.

Tiffany's experience
"Regarding the programme, I thoroughly enjoyed it! The assistance provided by the lecturers and convenors was invaluable, and I must say that the diverse formats of the courses exceeded my expectations. I found them to be even more practical than the traditional lecture-based approach."
