Research interests

Received a DPhil from Oxford, PhD from Heidelberg, and PD (habil) from Tuebingen University. He worked as postdoctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, Berlin and is a regular member of the Vision Sciences Society, Applied Vision Association, and the Society for Mathematical Psychology. His research interests range from visual perception (motion, stereo, visual memory and awareness) human decision making (sequential effects, rationality) to Bayesian inference and model comparison.
