Honorary Appointment Form

For individuals contributing to the University's teaching, research, or scholarly activities without a formal employment contract.

  • Honorary status: Recognises academic contributions.
  • Affiliate status: For temporary roles such as agency workers, consultants, or subcontractors.
  • Submit to: Your Research Group Administrator (RGA), or to Jane.Foxall@glasgow.ac.uk if you are not part of a research group.

Short-Term Visitor Form

For all short-term visitors to the School.

  • Ensures visitor details are recorded and managed appropriately.
  • RGA should retain securely for the duration of the visit and dispose of the form once the visit ends.
  • Submit to: Your Research Group Administrator (RGA).

Conference Support Form

Apply for up to £500 in conference funding.

Purchasing Card Order Request Form

  • Please complete this form and email to phas-accountsadmin@glasgow.ac.uk
  • Orders over £1k must include written quote.  Other quotes/supporting documents to assist in ordering welcome.
  • Budget Holder approval required for all order over £1k.
  • Transactions Hub will place the order and send ‘PCD’ reference for the purchase.

CPD Form

Requesting a new project code for Non-accredited CPD courses, Conferences, and other Short Courses.  Please note, the turnaround time for setting up the project code once it has been fully signed off is approximately  *10 working days*.

  • Make sure the form is fully completed, including the CPD title, start/end dates, and budget holder’s staff number.
  • Submit to: phas-headofadmin@glasgow.ac.uk.
