8th International Workshop on Focused Electron Beam Induced Processing (FEBIP 2020)
The 8th International Workshop on Focused Electron Beam Induced Processing (FEBIP 2020) will take place in Glasgow (UK).
Initially scheduled for 8th-10th July 2020, the conference has been delayed due to the situation worldwide with COVID-19, and the new dates will be announced in June 2020.
Organised by the Materials & Condensed Matter Physics Group of the University of Glasgow, this 8th edition follows previous ones in Modena (2018), Vienna (2016), Frankfurt (2014), Zaragoza (2012), Albany (2010), Thun (2008) and Delft (2006).
This 3-day conference will bring experts from around the world, who will present and discuss latest advances in FEBIP.
Additionally, this edition will include a selection of special talks delivered by renowned experts in other nanotechnology fields, with the aim of identifying key applications where a 3D nano-printing method such as FEBIP can have a strong impact; a special emphasis will be devoted to applications in 3D nanomagnetism.
