The Office for Rare Conditions, sited in Child Health and led by Professor Faisal Ahmed, currently has two main workstreams. The Office for Rare Conditions Glasgow works to improve standards of healthcare and research in those with rare, low prevalence and undiagnosed conditions. The Office for Rare Conditions Registries supports the development of international rare disease registries.
