Our host Alan Brown talks to Professor Jane Mair and Felicity Belton, who discuss their new research project, the board game ‘Legally Wed’, developed with colleague Dr Frankie McCarthy and supported by the University’s ‘Business Booster’ fund.
The game charts the legal and social processes involved in becoming ‘legally wed’ in Scotland and is intended as a fun way of exploring the legal underpinnings of the marriage contract, designed to have educational value within and beyond the university.
