Research interests

Personal Webpage: http://petergrassl.com

The aim of my research is to predict and improve the durability of heterogeneous materials, such as concrete, cement, mortar, rock and soils by combinig analyses and experiments of physical processes on several scales. I am particularly interested in understanding how fracture interacts with mass transport and heat transfer and predicting its influence on durability of construction materials.
