Leadership and organisational framework
Our strategic leadership framework is led by the School Executive Board, comprising a team of directors and senior leaders with responsibility for teaching, research, transnational education (TNE), student experience and professional services.
Operationally, the School operates through a matrix structure comprising five Teaching Disciplines, five Research Divisions and a dedicated TNE academic leadership structure. Heads of Teaching Discipline (HoTDs), Heads of Research Division (HoRDs) and Associate Directors of TNE (AD TNEs) provide academic leadership and line management across these areas.
