Biography

I am a sociologist interested in the fields of comparative education, education policy and international development.

My most recent work has focused on:

International policy transfer of dual training in India and Mexico (GCRF)
Comparative analysis of lifelong learning policy across Europe (Horizon)
Institutional dynamics of continuity and change in the VET system of Chile (ESRC).
