Biography

My main rersearch interest is on education policy and international development.

I am particularly interested in role of education and skills in global development agendas, the political economy of education reforms, and the impact of education policy on social inequality.

My most recent work has focused on the international policy transfer of dual apprenticeships in India and Mexico (GCRF); the comparative analysis of lifelong learning policies across Europe (Horizon); and the institutional dynamics of continuity and change in the VET system of Chile (ESRC).
