A one-day conference to celebrate the work of the philosopher and historian of philosophy, Professor Alexander Broadie, was held in the Ogilvie Room of the St Andrew’s Foundation on the 14th of April 2023. Dr Philip Toner organised the event, and also delivered a paper entitled ‘The Shadow of Duns Scotus: Alexander Broadie and the Subtle Doctor’.
