The School is organised into research sections, where related domains of research and innovation are grouped.  Each research section has an Impact Champion, responsible for monitoring and communicating areas of research that have strong potential to create social or economic impact.

The Impact Champions also act as GLACSIL member guides to the research undertaken within their section. Member companies looking for knowledge, expertise, methods, or technologies within each of the Section domains can contact the relevant Impact Champion for information and introductions to the right members of the School's wider research community.
