Ms. Li works with CCTV News, the 24/7 international English news channel of China’s largest TV network-China Central Television (CCTV). During her career as a journalist, news editor and managerial staff in print media and broadcasting, Ms. Li has been developing the interest in the research of TV journalism, especially in the changes and challenges facing transnational news broadcasters. Sponsored by China Scholarship Council, Ms. Li spent one year from August 2014 within CCPR doing her research in the development of CCTV News’ British, Arabic and Russian counterparts, as well as the landscape of UK’s media market.
