Gillian Doyle was commissioned by the OECD in 2011 to provide a study on economic, policy and technological issues affecting international trade in audiovisual goods and services. The research was presented at a workshop organised by the OECD, the Indian Institute and Foreign Trade (IIFT) and the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in New Delhi in January 2012.
