Susan Galloway was a participant in a roundtable discussion, 'Arts Councils: Experiences and Challenges', held at the University of Barcelona on Tuesday 9 November. The event was part of a symposium on 'European Models of Cultural Development' organised as part of EUROPES, Barcelona's festival of contemporary arts. Other participants in the roundtable were Francesc Guardans, President of the Catalan Arts Council, Xavier Fina, Special Advisor, and Professor Lluis Bonet, University of Barcelona.
