How to apply for a scholarship

  1. Apply for your chosen programme of undergraduate or postgraduate study.
  2. Once you receive your application number and student ID, browse all scholarships. All eligibility details, application deadlines and links are posted on individual scholarship webpages.

Do I need to pay a programme deposit when waiting for a scholarship decision and will my scholarship cover it?

Yes. The deposit secures your programme offer. If you need a deposit extension, contact our admissions office.

Only full fee waiver scholarships cover deposit payments. If you are awarded a partial scholarship, you will need to pay your deposit separately to secure your programme offer. If you have already paid your deposit and are subsequently awarded a full fee scholarship, you may request a refund.

When will I find out if my scholarship application has been successful?

We aim to communicate all decisions within two weeks from the scholarship closing date.

All scholarship applications are assessed after the closing date. These vary depending on the scholarship so please check individual scholarship pages.

Global Leadership Scholarship is awarded on a rolling basis throughout the year, and decisions are typically communicated within a couple of weeks of receiving your application.

Do I need a programme offer to apply for a scholarship?

No, you do not need a programme offer to apply for scholarships. However, you do need to have an open programme application on the Application Portal. You will need to use your application number and student ID from the Application Portal to register on the Scholarship Portal.

Applying for more than one scholarship

We encourage you to apply for as many scholarships as you can. If you are awarded more than one scholarship, we would only apply the highest value award at registration as our scholarships cannot be combined. Receiving or accepting a scholarship offer does not make you ineligible to apply for other scholarships.

Can my scholarship offer be deferred?

Scholarship offers cannot be deferred. However you will be able to reapply for scholarships for the next academic year when applications open.

Scholarships available to January entrants
