Aki Tsuchiya
Aki is the Lead for SIPHER Societal Valuation (Workstrand 6), which provides insight into how people value different policy outcomes and translates the multiplicity of outcomes that arise from a whole-systems perspective into two common well-being measures needed for economic evaluation; and how people value the reduction of inequality in wellbeing, in terms of sacrifices in average wellbeing.
She is a Professor of Health Economics with a joint appointment between the Department of Economics and the School of Medicine and Population Health at the University of Sheffield.
