We are partnering with a number of global and local industries across the healthcare sector to engage in a wide variety of research projects of mutual interest.
These projects include, for example, the development of digital twins to optimise medical devices for cardiovascular disease treatment in a patient-specific manner, as well as the use of digital twins to optimise the interpretation of data from assays for measuring drug effects on cardiac function. We are also partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to develop personalised healthcare solutions related to urology and reproductive health, among others. The central aim among these and other projects is to use mathematical modelling and digital twins to solve practical problems of importance in the healthcare sector.
