Research Summary
Phoebe Reilly is a doctoral researcher funded by the School of Law at the University of Glasgow. Her PhD examines how Scottish higher education institutions respond to reports of student-to-student gender-based violence, with particular attention to the interaction between legal frameworks and internal complaint processes.

Phoebe serves as Co-Chair of Moray Rape Crisis, with responsibilities including HR policy, safeguarding oversight, and organisational strategy. She is also Co-Convenor of the Gender-Based Violence Research Forum, which is a network for staff and postgraduate students across the University to share information, develop research ideas, and receive support in relation to gender-based violence research.
