Research title: Ulongo waWandu ni Mbwaa: A Posthumanist Reflection on Community Participation in Rabies Control in Balaka, Malawi

Research summary

An experienced Social Scientist, researcher, and practitioner, Bosco's work focuses on the use of creative and participatory practices in complex interventions and culturally responsive community engagement.

For the past three years, as a researcher with the University of Glasgow, Bosco has been one of the lead researchers on a rabies-focused One Health implementation research programme in Malawi. In this role, he has facilitated community participation, developmental evaluation, and One Health collaborations and partnerships among government, civil society, academia, and communities to achieve successful rabies control outcomes.
