Our UofG Portals Strategy
Our Discovery work demonstrated that there is a growing demand for great supportive digital experiences when it comes to work or study. We need to reassess and redesign our portals on the basis of user need and preferences, and that those needs and preferences differ clearly between staff and students.
Staff Portal
We will be working to deliver an enhanced staff portal that will become an important home for colleague-focused content – a personalised ‘digital workplace’ that will provide appropriate support in a working environment.
Student Portal
We will be working to delivery an omni-channel experience for students, through aligning the portal with the UofG Life App, and providing relevant content and access to support wherever and whenever our students require it.
