Want to submit an automation idea?
The Transformation Team is currently working through procurement of a substantive service for delivering future Automation Projects on behalf of the University. As such, we are looking to build out a pipeline of future Automation opportunities.
Should you have any opportunities you would like to submit for consideration, please share the following information with AutomationService@Glasgow.ac.uk:
- Description of process
- Estimated number of transactions per year
- Estimated average handling time (time to manually process)
- Estimated the % of transactions which require rework
- Estimated the % of transactions which require oversight checks/audit
- If there are any months in the year that experience process peaks
- Best contact person for an exploratory conversation
This information will help build a pipeline which can quickly be prioritised for delivery.
