Join UofG Sport
Good news! You may be eligible for our free six-month Staff New-Start membership.
If you started employment with UofG for the first time within the last six months (or recently changed from Affiliate/Honorary status to 'employed' status) you may be eligible for a free UofG Sport membership for six months from your start date.
To check if you have the membership, please follow these steps:
- create a UofG Sport account
- create a password for your account (this is specific to UofG Sport, not your GUID password)
- log in and check under 'Memberships' to see if Staff New Start 6m is listed – see screenshot below
If you see the membership listed, you're good to go! Your staff card will work on our entry gates, and you can book online straight away. Your membership will remain active for six months from your University staff date (regardless of activation date).
